FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We try to make the process of moving your vehicle as easy and hassle-free as possible – below are some frequently asked questions by our customers.
How long will it take to transport my vehicle?
Vehicle moving and delivery times vary depending on distance, road conditions and the service option you have chosen. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How the transportation is made?
All vehicles are loaded and unloaded onto our trailer, with a low-profile ramp to ensure ground clearance. Vehicles are strapped over the tyre with nylon tie downs to secure them. These go over the rubber of the tyre and our drivers check these straps multiple times to ensure your car is safe and secure.
Does someone need to be present when the car is picked up and delivered?
No. Keys can be left in an agreed location prior to collection. Please take photographs of the vehicle and keys before we collect. On delivery, we will take photos of the vehicle which can be shared with you before handing the keys over.
